Eli Fish - Pigeonometry is our crisp, modern West-Coast DIPA graphed on 60 IBU and loaded with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra pellets, and a splash of Citra Incognito. Berry-meets-grapefruit layers spiral into dank pine while a dry finish keeps every sip solving for “next.” Crack the can, study the chalk, and let this bird teach you higher beer math.

Thin Man Brewing - Brewed in collaboration with the Olney Place on Keuka. Bright pineapple juice and citrusy hops with creamy carbonation and a light body.

Resurgence - Slightly malty with a delicate hop nose, the magic is in the sweet honey finish. It calms down the spice and coats the tongue, providing temporary relief for even the spiciest of wings. We should also mention it complements blue cheese (we didn’t bother to test it with ranch). The hops and mash are a magical combination that makes every wing bite worthy of another sip.

Talking Cursive - Parade Day has been a tradition in Syracuse for as long as we remember. Our classic Irish Red Ale is steeped in that same tradition, crafted with the finest malt and hops, and finished with a dry Irish Ale yeast. The end result is the perfect balance of flavor and ABV to make it through Parade Day in Syracuse.

Apex Brewing - That dark, smooth, and totally out of this galaxy! With a rich malt profile, hints of roasted coffee, and a subtle chocolate finish, this beer is perfect for anyone who likes to live on the dark side. At 5% ABV, it’s the perfect companion whether you’re battling foes or just hanging with your favorite mercenary

Resurgence - This festive beer is the perfect transition to the Fall season. Our Oktoberfest is well balanced with a great malt profile including biscuit, caramel, and toffee notes.

Talking Cursive - NYS Farm Beer - First in our Exoplanetary Series, this heavily fruited Sour features astronomical amounts of Blackberries and Lemon. Enjoy it in or out of this World.

Frequentem Brewing Co. - Thick & Jammy. With large additions of Strawberry, Banana & Peach. Fruity Sour.

Iron Tug - All American hopped IPA that bursts out of the glass with Pineapple and Juicy Citrus Aromas. Fathom Lines - ITB's new flag ship IPA - pours a beautiful bright orange hue and has the mouthfeel to back it up. This hazy IPA has a smooth rounded bitterness that doesn't tire your palate, keeps you coming back for more!

Frequentem - Sour IPA loaded with Blackberry. Fresh tasting and tartness on a hot Summer day.

Ommegang - A little magic and a lot of mischief. This time the gnomes brought more than just yeast from their Belgian farmstead Brasserie d'Achouffe! While Coop and the gnomes were spicing things up at the brewery, our brewers were carefully fermenting signature, fruity, spicy Chouffe yeast to create the flavorful unique blonde ale we all love! You’ll enjoy the smooth drinkability, fruity aromas and flavors, and warming finish.

Merikan Stronghold - Wildflower honey and Ale Yeast making a beautiful Gluten Free ale.

Beelzebubbles - A refreshing twist on the classic Aperol spritz, now served as a hard seltzer.

Lakewood Vineyards - When champagne is too much & beer not enough, like today. Lakewood’s Candeo is lightly fruity, on the verge of dry. Edgy. Scintillating. Fun! Serve chilled.

Lakewood - A lush style Pinot Gris with melon and honeysuckle aromas complimenting a full, fruity finish. Great with pasta salad on a calm summer evening.

Lakewood - Fermented and aged in oak, this creamy wine embodies great balance of fruit, butter and a hint of oak. Great paired with creamy, buttery dishes.

Glenora - This grape variety was bred by Cornell University to be perfectly suited to the growing season of the Finger Lakes. We were the first commercial winery to release a varietal Cayuga White, with the 1977 vintage. This wine is enjoyable well chilled on a warm summer day. A charming regional specialty.

Millbrook - Clean and bright aromatics with notes of green apple, lemon, Asian pear, and citrus blossom. The mouthfeel of this
Unoaked Chardonnay displays both weight and acidity. The mid-palate offers up the juicy weight while the wine finishes with a crisp backbone of minerality.

Wölffer Estate - This rosé has lovely balance between the fresh fruit, fine tannins, good minerality and graceful acidity. It is the visual and taste portrait of the Hampton's high summer. Serve chilled, solo, or as a complement to almost any food.

J.R. Dill - A 50/50 blend of Cab Sauvignon and Cab Franc, with flavors of dried plum, tobacco, and a peppery finish. Aged 18 months in French oak.

J.R. Dill - A robust, fuller-bodied red with dense flavors of black currant and cocoa powder. Strong tannins make this wine prime for aging. Aged 18 months in French oak.

J.R. Dill - Aromas of ripe cherry on the nose accompany flavors of blackberry with a spicy, black pepper finish. Aged 18 months in French oak.

J.R. Dill - NYS Bordeaux-style red blend. Seneca Lake’s Merlot & Cabernets in this blend provide a pleasant fruit nose and an enduring smooth finish.

Beak & Skiff - Applewood Smoked Malt Whiskey utilizes our apple tree trimmings to smoke barley prior to distillation.

Buffalo NY’s first and only Rye Whiskey since Prohibition. Batch no.1 was also Buffalo’s first Empire Rye, a new legal designation for American Spirits.

Mash bill includes 100% local rye, malted rye and a special Bloody Butcher heirloom corn for a touch of sweetness in this delicious 100 proof debut distilled in house. Aged a minimum 5 years in new, charred American white oak barrels in our rick house.

Buffalo Distilling - This Polish inspired honey liqueur is a local favorite and dedicated to the Polish heritage of Buffalo NY.

Made with locally harvested honey and blended with our premium vodka on site. Enlivened with wonderful notes of citrus, spice and floral honey for a well balanced warmth that dances on the tongue.

Beak & Skiff - As a New York State orchard, we are proud to support local agriculture, using 81% NY-grown rye grain in our expression of Empire Rye Whiskey. This distinct rye whiskey offers bold and spicy characteristics with complementing notes of vanilla, cocoa and tobacco.

Beak & Skiff - Aged in American White Oak No. 3 Char Barrels, our bourbon whiskey is temperature and humidity controlled in our pristine 1911 Rickhouse, which makes for a flavor profile rich in vanilla and caramel notes.

1911 - Brings a fan favorite apple to your can. Made from 100% estate grown Honeycrisp apples, this popular variety is sweet but never heavy.

1911 - The perfect fusion of 1911 Original Vodka and our favorite locatlly roasted cold brew coffee- rich, smooth and complex with notes of chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon. We infuse our 1911 Original Vodka with a unique blend of African, Indonesian and Central American coffee beans to create a balanced, never bitter flavor profile with caramel, nut and fruit aromas.

1911 - We press our apples then ferment the sweet cider into hard cider. The hard cider is triple distilled using old world techniques with the highest quality pot still. The natural characteristics in our apples produce distinct notes, including a fruity nose, smooth vanilla-caramel taste and delicate finish.

Buffalo Distilling - Upfront notes of Orange and Juniper that mellow nicely into a rich floral background with a sweet peppery finish. Polished for royalty yet approachable for the traditionalist.

Reposado - Distilled in NY from imported blue agave from Mexico and NY corn. Rested in virgin oak barrel.

Steelbound Distilling - Distilled in NY from imported blue agave from Mexico and NY corn distilled and blended to perfection.
