Talking Cursive - Back by popular demand, we’re thrilled to bring you our latest collaboration with Four Son and Lock 1 Distillery. This time, we’ve taken our smooth, crushable cream ale base and given it a tropical twist with toasted coconut. The result is a beer that’s bursting with coconut flavor, but not too sweet. It’s the perfect patio beer for both craft and non-craft beer lovers alike.

Peacemaker Brewery - Malt-forward, Belgian style Quadrupel. Expect notes of dried stone fruit and dark sugars.

Brindle Haus - Irish-style stout with a smooth malt character and dry, roasty finish.

Faircraft Brauhaus - Bright, tart German-style Gose featuring lime purée.

Rohrbachs - Joshy IPA! Brewed to bring us all a bit of sunshine, Joshy IPA is a classic West Coast-style IPA double dry hopped with a delightful blend of Citra, Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, and Simcoe hops.

Rohrbach Brewing - A tropical spin on our classic Space Kitty Double India Pale Ale. Flavors of sweet pineapple balance the bitterness of dank resinuous hops in this medium-bodied IPA, finishing with aromas of warm pineapple and papaya.

Strong Rope Brewing - Seeds of Love & Outrage, is chock full of Newport and Michigan Copper hops from Willet Hop and Grain with Nugget and Chinook hops, from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery

Strong Rope Brewery - A resinous and pine forward classic IPA. A dank underbelly with a deep pale malt base.

Talking Cursive - Inspired by our favorite fresh Okinawan beer, Shamisen Hero is our modern take on a traditional Rice Lager.

Talking Cursive - NYS Farm Beer 92% NYS Malt 100% NYS Hops. We took Grandma Sue’s NYS Fair Blue Ribbon winning Rhubarb Raspberry Pie recipe and turned it into a beer, graham cracker crust and all!

Ommegang Brewery - Nirvana IPA is hopped with Bravo, Simcoe, Centennial, Topaz, and Mosaic, dry-hopped with Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo and clocks in at 6.5% ABV and 60 IBUs. The flavor is hoppy, juicy and citrusy goodness – without harsh bitterness.

Strong Rope Brewery - Storyteller is my Imperial Stout. A big full bodied stout, this beer has huge amounts of roast and chocolate helps out the great malt backbone. Big velvety mouthfeel without being overly sweet with notes of dark fruit. A nice drying flavor from the alcohol helps balance it all out.

Grow Brewing Co. - The next out of our bottle cellar collection, our barleywine was boiled for 12 hours to create a viscous, dark base of molasses and burnt sugar flavors. We then fermented hot for some extra citrus zest and aged for 24 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, resulting in heavy oak char and bourbon character in the ultimate test of patience.

Rohrbach Brewing - This Imperial Brown Ale was conditioned on 5 pounds per barrel of Golden Raisins and aged in bourbon barrels from Iron Smoke Distillery. Caramel malt, chocolate malt, and flaked oats in the mash created a rich malt backbone. Layered on top of that, you'll find a nice strong bourbon char characteristic with hints of oaky vanilla.

Blue Toad - Cranberry Spiced Cider. Winterfest Hard Cider brings you warmth when it’s most needed. At 6.2% ABV and notes of cinnamon along with hints of cranberry it’s guaranteed to satisfy. Made from our Gold Medal Roc Hard Amber base.

Blue Toad - Bolder than many, more assertive than most! A fusion of tannic apple flavors derived from a blend of locally grown apples creates a highly sessionable, copper-colored cider with hints of caramel, molasses, butterscotch, and raisins.

Blue Toad - A sure sign of summer is the glow of a flare or campfires creating a ring of fire around water. To kick off summer, enjoy our ring of fire, a raspberry and blueberry crisp cider with a burst of berry and vanilla crumble.

Blue Toad - Made from a local blend of apples keeping our process all natural and pure tasting. Taking the alcohol percentage to a lower level lets us remove sugars but not the full bodied taste. Cheers!

Glenora - The Glenora Moscato has bright, clean apricot and orange blossom flavors and a touch of spicy black tea. This semi-sweet wine is lively and refreshing and may be enjoyed with spicy Asian cuisine, gourmet cheese, and pasta casseroles or with light desserts, fruit tarts and creme brûlée.

Agness Wine - Inspired by a century old tradition of Irish emigrant winemakers, Agness Wine Cellars produces delightful wines capturing the unique terroir of the Finger Lakes. The four clovers that adorn our labels remind us of our heritage and commitment in producing hand-crafted and passionately vinted wines, from the finest selection of Riesling grapes.

Penguin Bay - Delightfully dry, crisp and clean tasting, offering aromas and flavors of pears and peaches.

Agness Wine - Relatively dry, and its sharp stony mineral notes add to the perception of dryness. Medium lemon in color, with green tints, there are sweet & soft aromas of apple, pear, apricot, honey, and anise, touched by a bit of citrus and a sharp mineral note. Light bodied, medium dry, with a soft and silky mouth feel. Flavors run strongly to the savory side — stony, herbal, and bitter — with fruit (apple, white peach, honey) relegated to the rear.

Our first ever Rkatsiteli from our new vineyard block. This zesty wine has notes of tropical fruit and citrus.

Rkatsiteli is an ancient pale-skinned grape variety from the Republic of Georgia, the oldest wine-producing region on earth. We have grown it at Airy Acres since 2021.

Glenora - Fruity, Fizzy and Fun.

Idol Ridge: A nose-busting explosion of fresh floral aromas, including orange blossom and lilac, is complemented by a crisp and harmonious sweetness.

Forge Cellars - A clone that showed classic Breakneck features–salt, gravel, vibrancy–and on the other, we had a suave new persona filled with wild roses and lilies.

Forge Cellars - Our Classique is an imprint of our diverse and geologically rich region. For us, it represents the potential of Bone Dry Riesling on southeast Seneca Lake.

Lieb Cellars Estate - Light golden hue, subtle aromas of pear and baked apple quickly develop into lush, nutty lees characters. The palate is rich with creamy apples and a touch of vanilla. This wine is partially barrel fermented which adds structure without masking the fruit.

Wolffer Estate - Bursting with the flavors of ripe, fresh fruits and aromatic blooms, encapsulating the joy, warmth, and spontaneity of the summer months.

Airy Acres - Two grapes that grow well in the Finger Lakes also blend well here. Leading to flavors of cherries and pepper. This medium-bodied blend pairs well with any occasion. Aged 14 months in French oak barrels. Dry.

Living Roots - Petite Sirah [54%] and Syrah [46%] from the Kuitpo subregion of the Adelaide Hills.
The components were fermented separately, all wild with a high percentage of whole berries. Racy acidity and spice from Petite Sirah combine with body and ripe characters from Shiraz for a fresh yet structured wine.
Bright fruits, tight yet soft tannins, and complexing secondary characters such as forest berries and pine needles perfectly capture the essence of Kuitpo.

Living Roots - A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon [44%], Shiraz [40%], Petit Verdot [14%], and a touch of Tannat [2%]. The Cab Sauv brings tannins and a varietal savoury side to the blend. The Shiraz had two different pick dates - one on the early side for freshness and acidty, and one a bit later for body and richness. Petit Verdot contibutes body, freshness, and a lovely mulberry fruit spectrum, while the pinch of Tannat brings acidity and structure.

Lakewood Vineyards - Plum, jammy notes & soft tannins finish smooth & dry. Peppered Beef with Red Wine and Chocolate Sauce. A versatile food wine with grilled & baked dishes.

Hosmer - An elegant, medium-bodied Pinot Noir from the cool climate of the Finger Lakes. Aged for 8 months in old neutral barrel. Pretty violet aromas with flavors of raspberry, plum and clove spice.

Merikan Stronghold - On the nose, this mead offers a delightful blend of roasted peanuts and ripe concode grapes, reminiscent of a classic childhood favorite. The palate is greeted with layers of creamy peanut butter, intertwined with sweet, tangy notes of concord grapes. The balance of honey brings a velvety smoothness, complementing the rich flavors, This innovative mead is both comforting and sophisticated, evoking the simple pleasures of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in a refined, drinkable form.

Merikan Stronghold - In the bustling age of piracy, Captain Merrick was not only known for his daring exploits and treasure hunts but also for his deep sense of camaraderie and respect for his crew. The Black Horizon, Merrick’s formidable ship, sailed the seas with a crew bound not just by fear of their captain, but by mutual respect and loyalty.

Field & Sound - Using the finest malted barley, fermented for 2-3 weeks to produce a bottle ready beer combined with sweet fermentation traditional pot distillation and lengthy aging by the bluffs of the Long Island Sound, our American Single Malt Whiskey delivers a truly unique and finely balanced tasting experience.

1911 - The smooth whiskey notes perfectly complement the delicate sweetness of vanilla, creating a luxurious experience for the palate. The decadent blend offers a perfect warmth and creaminess, making it a delightful treat to savor with every sip.

Hidden Marsh Distilling - a distinctive rye spirit inspired by the golden age of American railroads. It delivers a rich and flavorful taste with prominent rye spiciness, complemented by notes of toasted grains and a touch of vanilla.

Hudson Whiskey NY - A bold, grain-forward, no-holds-barred straight bourbon whiskey. Distilled from New York corn and aged in new charred American oak barrels.

Long Island Spirits - Aged in 55-gallon new American oak for a minimum of 4 years before being blended with older bourbon and finally finished in Merlot and Chardonnay casks for 3 to 6 months. The barrels are washed with an aged brandy distilled by Long Island Spirits from grapes grown at the wineries.

Beak & Skiff - Indulge in the rich, velvety texture of a whiskey and vanilla cream liqueur. The smooth whiskey notes perfectly complement the delicate sweetness of vanilla, creating a luxurious experience for the palate.

Steelbound Distilling - Sweet aroma of caramel and vanilla.
Subtle hints of oak and charred wood.
Light fruity notes, such as apples or cherries. Warm and lingering finish with a gentle kickof spice.
Oaky notes become more pronounced, along with a touch of smokiness.

1911 - Applewood Smoked Malt Whiskey utilizes our apple tree trimmings to smoke barley prior to distillation.

Hillrock - Finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks and aged in Hillrock's Solera, the slight cinnamon aromas are surprising along with the oaked caramel-vanilla and floral, fruit notes in the nose of this golden amber bourbon. Sweet, yet spicy full-bodied flavors are warm with maple syrup, brown sugar, molasses, toffee, roasted corn, and raisin notes on the palate are balanced by spicy notes of clove and cinnamon.

1911 - Brings a fan favorite apple to your can. Made from 100% estate grown Honeycrisp apples, this popular variety is sweet but never heavy.

1911 - The perfect fusion of 1911 Original Vodka and our favorite locatlly roasted cold brew coffee- rich, smooth and complex with notes of chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon. We infuse our 1911 Original Vodka with a unique blend of African, Indonesian and Central American coffee beans to create a balanced, never bitter flavor profile with caramel, nut and fruit aromas.

1911 - We press our apples then ferment the sweet cider into hard cider. The hard cider is triple distilled using old world techniques with the highest quality pot still. The natural characteristics in our apples produce distinct notes, including a fruity nose, smooth vanilla-caramel taste and delicate finish.
